Dream Water Packaging

Creative Direction / Art Direction / 3D Design / Package Design

Dream Water is basically the exact opposite of an energy drink.  It is a natural, 0-calorie, 2.5 ounce sleep and relaxation shot featuring the unique, fast acting SleepStat Natural Blend consisting of GABA to help reduce anxiety, melatonin to help induce sleep, and 5-HTP to help improve the quality of sleep.

The initial objective was to feature a fresh new design, that would bring in a scientific element to help sell the fact that it was scientifically formulated and drug free.  Additionally, they wanted to show that Dream Water’s key ingredients work together to help you relax, fall asleep naturally, and wake up refreshed.

I modeled the bottles you see below using Cinema 4D.  I wanted the new bottle concepts to be unique and eye catching.  One of the featured bottles uses a beaker shaped bottle to pull in the scientific element. Some of the Initial concepts featured clouds to give the look a dreamy feeling.

Unfortunately, the company's budget didn't allow for a complete bottle redesign, so the challenge was to use the current bottle design, but coming up with a new label to wrap the bottle. The client also wanted to keep some of the same brand elements from the original look as they felt the brand had already been established.
